Just wanted to let everyone know that I have now had 3 weeks without pizza what a result.

Another day another life!
It seems that changes must like most things come in threes. 1) Healthlier eating 2) Forced to find a new job 3) Moving home
Now while the first too I can control 100%, the 3rd one is alittle more tricker, I need to move out from where I am living but I must do it in a way that I dont loose everything I own, but to be bruttly honest its getting to the point where it might actually be worth it, hey it would force a fresh start thats for sure.
Well, as now certainly is a time of change, my eating change will take some sticking to, but I am actually starting to feel like I am loosing weight, the stairs dont casue me to be out of breath, I am actually sleeping when I go to bed instead of waking up every other moment thinking I cant breath and well my body feels tighter. I know thats a strange thing to say but it does, those of you that have never needed or wanted to loose weight might not know what I mean, but I am hoping others do, or maybe I am the only one!
Back on the water today after a day off yesterday, really did miss it, just finished some grapes which while not overaly nice are much better than chocolate or other sweets.
Still havent made my soups, but with all thats happening its hardly suprising, but with the change of wind my come some time to myself, well actually quite alot. I dont mind admiting I am scared of what the future is about to bring, but I know it must be better than what would be coming if I didnt make a change.

Thought i had forgotten about you all?
Although its been a while since my last update i have been sticking to my change of eating and its really starting to take hold, the sugar headaches have long gone and although i still fancy chocolate alot i dont feel the need i did to eat it.
Started today on a good note i had 8 hours of sleep last night which hasnt happened in a very long time and i have just had my breakfast which was a bowl of wheatabix which should set me up for the day.

What a day that was!
My first working day without a signal up date, that should tell you how busy I was yesterday, although on the upside thanks to my great new phone when I got home I didnt have to switch on a computer as I could do everything I needed to from my phone, what a result.
The change of eating is still going well, had a lovely healthly spag bol last night made by my other half, it really was nice. I even managed to stay within my RDA of CAL's yesterday which is the first time in a week.
Today is just as busy but managed to steel a few minutes to myself.
Oh a great tip, not mine but give to me, if your struggling for money like I am sure we all are, get a big box and go around every room in your house and put in it what ever you A) Dont use B) Dont Want C) Think might be useful to somoene else, I am going to do that tonight and see how much stuff I can get together, its a big box but I am sure I will easerly fill it. Then all I have to do is wait for a free listing day on ebay and I should be able to help the very unhealthly bank balance.
Also I am actually starting to feel lighter on my feet, which might sound really strange but I do, still need to do some more excercise but once the weight starts to come of more and the bank balance improves that will become easier, I really want to get back into bike riding, I wasnt a speed demon or anything but I just enjoyed riding a bike, so it will be nice to get back to it.
Anyway this might be my only update today, so enjoy

Another weekend another fight
Why i am always suprised when i fight with the other half is beyond me, its always about the same stuff and theres never a resoultion, i really dont think we are far from never talking to each other.
Anyway the diet, saturday was ok i went upto 102% of my rda but sunday was about 180, went for a sunday dinner with the outlaws and had way to much wine but didnt do anything to bad so dont think the locks will be changed when i get home but they might be lol
Today is going ok, just had lunch and am at 48% of my rda, but as the other half is off sick it will be upto me to do shopping and dinner, so wont be eating until late which is never good.
Might be able to do a late update, i hope so as i do enjoy knowning so many people are reading and hopefully enjoying it

Another early start!!!
These early starts really are starting to take the piss, not that I mean to say I would be prefered to be without a job but getting a phone call at 7:55am when I am still ironing my shirt, asking can I get to work for 8:30 and its a 50 minute drive is really starting to grind.
Anyway, due to the early start I decided to treat myself to a breakfast cob, its my first in a week, and considering I was having them every working day I think is something to be proud of, what is more shocking is that when I was eating it, although I enjoyed the taste, I soon realised that I didnt enjoy it as much as I used to, infact by the end it tasted horrible. I am not sure if this is becasue I am now aware of how much fat is in it or just becasue I am watching what I eat and my taste buds are getting used to my new eating style (I wont say diet becasue I have always said I dont need a diet, I need to change what and eat and the way I think of food), but it just tasted bad. So I will set myself a challange to not have another one this month and see how many months I can get through, but if I get to decemeber without having another one I will be treating myself!!!!!
Last night was another fail on dinner, pizza again. I only have one day this weekend to experment with food as sunday we are going to the outlaws for the day which will be nice! lol
Hoping to try making soup and also a stew which I can freeze into good sized portitions and take to work with me to eat, although not sure how to do the defrosting part, can I just microwave it ? Sure I will figure it out. And yes before you point out in your thousands it will just turn into mush I know this, but it will be good tasty mush and maybe more importantly cheap mush lol
Might have soup for lunch today, but I always want bread with it, so might see what else I can find, is there a bread replacement out there? I would really love to find one.
My aim for next week is to spag bol but use veggie mince, loads of vegtables and NO jar of sauce as they are full of alot of sugar!!!

Getting worse
Sometimes we start things with the best intensions but somehow they just dont work out and while i dont think this blog is one it certainly taking more time than i thought, but i will do my best to update at least once a day.
Last night was home made spag bol which was very nice, just needed more veg in it, never thought i would ever say that.
Today has been another good day so far, had a full breakfast and a nice lunch, think at the weekend i will try making soup and stew, but not in the same pan lol
Oh and the cravings are going away and so are what i think where sugar withdrawl headaches, just need to see the results on the scales.
