First Post

Well I had one of those christmas that many people will have had, you get things you dont want or need and then things which make you sit back and think. Well this year I pretty much got clothes which were way to big for me, which meant people must have thought I am fatter than I am, which some might think isnt a bad thing. But to me it was. So I am now on a crusade to loose weight, not by doing any number of crazy diets but simply by cutting out the crap I eat and drink and also by creating this blog and using it as my food diary and a place to vent.

Also I am trying to do this in as much secrecay as possible so I can prove to myself that I can do it without people in my day to day life asking me how its going or nagging when they see me eating a chocolate bar, because, I will slip up from time to time I am only human after all. There is one exception to that and I do have a friend who will be there to support me every step of the way and was the main point of inspuration for me to do this.
