Lunch time again

Back having 4 slices of bread for lunch which i know is wrong but i just miss eating bread, its strange how strong the pull of bread is.

I also had a packet of crisps but am still only at 52% of my rda which is good, dinner again will be a pick and mix but i will find something healthly to eat, maybe a nice tuna salad.
