Lunch Day 1

Well just had lunch and I choose to cut my bread down from 4 slices to 3 with the aim of eventually ending up having only 2. Its more about re teaching myself that just because I can eat 4 slices doesnt mean I have to.

But having said that I still feel so hungry and I know its just in my mind and with the size of me I wont waste away.

It will be so nice when I get down to where I want to be and wont fill this hungry after eating.

Wonder what joys dinner will bring? Hopefully not takeaway
