Lunch day 2

.Well After my breakfast this morning and after just finishing my lunch I am at 46% of my RDI of cals, which is not to bad but I am still to figure out what I will have for dinner although a pot noodle is sounding rather tasty right about now lol.

I am still feeling hungry but a friend has suggested I learn to love fruit so I will buy some before I go back to work, hopefully a punet of grapes, if they dont have them dont know what I will get as I really dont like any other fruit. Plus staying away from the pop and sweets will take alot of effort on my behalf, I really wish weight loss showed instant results. This is going to be so hard, but worth it.
