Another day another life!

It seems that changes must like most things come in threes. 1) Healthlier eating 2) Forced to find a new job 3) Moving home

Now while the first too I can control 100%, the 3rd one is alittle more tricker, I need to move out from where I am living but I must do it in a way that I dont loose everything I own, but to be bruttly honest its getting to the point where it might actually be worth it, hey it would force a fresh start thats for sure.

Well, as now certainly is a time of change, my eating change will take some sticking to, but I am actually starting to feel like I am loosing weight, the stairs dont casue me to be out of breath, I am actually sleeping when I go to bed instead of waking up every other moment thinking I cant breath and well my body feels tighter. I know thats a strange thing to say but it does, those of you that have never needed or wanted to loose weight might not know what I mean, but I am hoping others do, or maybe I am the only one!

Back on the water today after a day off yesterday, really did miss it, just finished some grapes which while not overaly nice are much better than chocolate or other sweets.

Still havent made my soups, but with all thats happening its hardly suprising, but with the change of wind my come some time to myself, well actually quite alot. I dont mind admiting I am scared of what the future is about to bring, but I know it must be better than what would be coming if I didnt make a change.
